Villa Casa Ventura was designed with large families and groups in mind. A four-floor luxury villa boasts 6 luxurious bedrooms, 3 kitchens, a swimming pool, and private access to one of one of Conchas Chinas' coveted crescent beaches. An elevator descends to the beach level, as well as a private gated staircase. The villa includes 22 foot vaulted ceilings over the living area, and professional kitchen. An indoor pond delights the senses and compliments the sounds of the ocean, while directly in front of the living room is a terrace complete with infinity pool, jacuzzi, palapa covered bar and BBQ grill. Best of all, there is a secluded area for private sunbathing. The terrace is the perfect spot for watching the sun set or observing frolicking dolphins and whale-watching; binoculars not necessary. The lower level leaves a lasting impression, particularly for the fountain courtyard and two grandeur master suites. Both have fireplaces and one includes a private kitchen. Each bedroom features private baths and terraces with ocean views. 4 bedrooms include king size beds, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed, and 1 bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be joined to create a king size bed. In addition, there is a multimedia room that makes a great office and includes internet access. An additional apartment overhangs the ocean on the lower level, featuring a third kitchen and two bathrooms. Special preparations can be coordinated by the house staff for delightful dinner and cocktail parties, including festive Mexican dinners, music and other activities. |
