Vallarta-Getaways Rental Agreement and Rental Policy Information |

Deposits and Balance Due Policies 50% of total rental fee is required within five business days of your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise specified. (IE: Villa rentals) *Exception: Christmas/New Years reservations (December 20th to January 3rd) require a 50% deposit within five business days of your reservation and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is less than 30 days from the booking date, full payment is required, due within five business days of confirmed reservation. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email containing all the deposit information. Cancellation Policy Once we have confirmed your reservation and have received the deposit, please note that we will withhold 20% of your deposit for administration fees. Please be advised that reservations must be cancelled within 45 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of full rental payments. Responsibility Vallarta-Getaways, or the property owner, shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss/theft, illness or damage to any person or personal property. We cannot provide refunds due to weather conditions or any situations including: Acts of God, unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area such as construction, unusual noise, interruption of power/water or mechanical failure. We highly advise taking out Trip Insurance. |
